Winter has arrived!

It's crazy how this year has flown by! So many new clients I have gotten to meet, and so many amazing friends I have made! This year is defiantly ending with faith, in so many things in my life! I am so truely blessed right now to be doing what I love and be surrounded by such amazing people and clients, some of which I consider family! Anyways, soon it will be Christmas, and then the start of a whole new year! Its crazy to think about but I am so excited for what 2010 will bring! Ok, onto my new sessions!

First up was the Kohl twins. They are 6 months now and they are getting cutter by the minute! I can't believe how fast they are growing! So adorable! I can't wait for their 9 month pictures so I can have even more fun in the studio with two adorable bundles of joy!

The next day, the Kohl family came back for some family pictures. I think the twins are sick of all the lights by now! Everyone did great that day and I really enjoy working with such a great family!

Next up for the week was a senior. I had a great time working with Eric and his mom. It's always great working with seniors, and hearing about their plans for the future. Enjoy your senior year Eric and good luck in your future endeavors!

Next was a cute couple, James and Heather. It was great getting to hear about their families and lifes, and I had a blast working with them! They are so cute together and know how to have fun! They had a gorgeous day as well so that really helped!

Last session of the week, Danielle & Mike. They are my soon to be couple, planning a New Years eve wedding in just a few weeks! They are such a cute couple and so laid back! It really makes my job so much fun when I can run with ideas! They were even daring enough to venture out into the beginning of a winter storm for a few shots! Thanks so much you two and see you in a couple weeks for the big day!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

First off, I want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving! I am so thankful to be doing something I honestly love more then anything, and I'm so thankful for my amazing family and friends that support my every move!

Now, onto some long awaited sessions! I have been internet-less for about two weeks now so I apologize for any delay in pictures! It's been a HUGE hassle! Anyways, onto some sessions.

First family session from the last few weeks was the Mausbach Family. I have worked with Carrie before when I was first starting out, and she helped me get started. I had a blast with their session, and Kenna is such a ham! She could for sure be a little model! Onto the pictures!

My second family session was the Shevland family. It was great to work with neighbors, and it was a gorgeous day out! We had a big group but everyone was great and very cooperative! Thanks so much for choosing NWD! Enjoy the memories! Now onto their images!

Debbie & Brent; November 7th Bellwood/Schuyler

Saturday, I got to photograph Debbie & Brent's big day! The wedding took place in Bellwood at St. Peters and the reception in Schuyler at the Oak Ballroom, which are two of my favorite locations! I had a blast with not only client, but clients that have become great friends! Debbie's dress was hand-made by her mom, and it was so stunning! I loved working with your families and the day was absolutely flawless! It couldn't have been more gorgeous weather for a November wedding! I wish you two the best for the future and it was a BLAST working with you and your amazing families! Thank you so much for having NWD be a part of your special day!

Adorable lil girls!!

This week I had the pleasure of photographing a good friend's 2 year old, Brooke. She is SUCH a ham and I love that! It's always more difficult with a 2 year old, especially when they know you, but she did amazing!!! I tried out a lot of fun shots with her and I got some of my most amazing images from her! She is an absolute cutie! Thanks so much Jennifer & Logan! Love you all! Onto her images!

My other session for the week was an absolutely precious 8 day old diva named Jennivey. I had so much planned for her session, and although I didn't get to do it all in 2 hours, I got a lot of amazing shots for mommy and the family! She did great after a few meltdowns and finally fell asleep! It was so exciting photographing such a new baby, and she is such a cutie!!! I can't wait to see her grow up! Shes absolutely precious!!! I'm so glad you got her in so early Rosie! They grow up so fast and now you have some newborn images to prove just that! Here's her gorgeous portraits!
