A baby lullaby; Beauty at its best!

WOW! Words cannot describe how much fun I had on this newborn session! This 5 day old beauty had so much dark hair I fell in love! We started off rocky, with lots of tears, but we ended with an AMAZING grand finish with some of the most gorgoeus newborn shots I have ever taken! Mom and Aunty were so happy, and thank God for cell phone ring tones, which seems to have kept this little angel asleep through all the movements of headband and hat changes. I had a BLAST! Newborns photo's are the most precious memories one can create and they are by far my favorite subjects! Remember mom's-to-be...you get a FREE newborn session if you get your little angel in within a week of birth! That's right, FREE!!! You can't recreatethese moments, but you can sure capture them! Tammy & Justin; July 17th; Columbus, NE

This weekend I had the pleasure of photographing a dear friends special day! And boy was it special! It was perfect, minus the heat advisory we had, but it was still a gorgeous day! We got some great shots minus the fact that we weren't able to head outside very long! I had soooo much fun reconnecting with old high school friends as well! It was a complete blast!!! Tammy also provided her new hubby with a GIANT surprise. Justin had wrecked his Monte Carlo in high school, and it was so dear to him that it had been sitting dormant in his parents garage. Tammy was very sneaky and had the car removed and replaced with another so he wouldn't notice. The car was then totally redone and fixed into original condition. Despite the short time line, it was soooo close to being finished! Justin was presented with pictures at the reception, and you could just tell how overjoyed he was, even though he didn't show it much! Everything was gorgeous, and I am soooo happy for two of my most amazing friends! Enjoy your new lifes together you two! I love you both!

Last week I got to photograph another amazing senior from Scotus! We had a blast out on the lake, and then headed out in the country to his house for some awesome pictures by his place! The Slonecker Family

Christina & Aaron; July 9th, Columbus NE

Gorgeous! The one word to explain it all! Tina and Aaron are the proud winners of my wedding contest from last year and the day had finally come to capture every detail on camera! I was so excited! I arrived at the hair salon, to a blushing bride ready to go! Flowers soon arrived from her hubby-to-be and tears filled her eyes as she read the card! It was a very special and long awaited day! Off to the church we went after hair for lots of pictures, filled with an awesome and super fun wedding party! It was a total blast! A gorgeous ceremony soon followed, along with some pictures at the park! It was the perfect day for a perfect wedding! Every detail was amazing, and I had a blast! So many friends and family partied the night away with this deserving couple, and I wish you both all the happiness in the world! Congrats again!

Cody-CHS Senior 2011

Earlier this week I met up with my best friends brother Cody. I have know Cody since he was a little guy and I practically grew up with his family! Its always great to know more about who I am photographing, and its no surprise that Cody loved football. Him and his dad are the biggest Husker fans! If you look at their basement, you can't turn anywhere without seeing red!!! So of course, football pictures were a must! Another must was his Mustang. We had a lot of fun, and got some great shots! One busy little girl!

Over the holiday weekend, I set up a session with an old classmate that I haven't seen in over 8 years!!! It was GREAT to see her again, and meet her husband and ADORABLE daughter Candence! We got some great shots, despite her constant energy to move EVERY second she could! 9 month olds are ALWAYS a challenge but we got it done and got some great shots for the family! It was great to see you again Kathryn! Lets try not to make it another 8 years before we see each other again! :)
